Our Office — Ridgeways, Nairobi
We are located in Ridgeways along Kiambu Road, Nairobi. While we serve clients across all 47 counties of Kenya through our installation and delivery network, our main office and showroom is in Nairobi and is open for client visits by appointment.
From Nairobi CBD
Take Thika Road (A2) northbound from Garden City / Muthaiga. Turn left onto Kiambu Road at the Muthaiga roundabout. Proceed approximately 3km — Ridgeways is on the right. Our office is along Kiambu Road, 100 Meters from AAR Hospital
From Kiambu / Ruiru direction
Travel south along Kiambu Road towards Nairobi. Ridgeways is approximately 2km Ciata Mall on your left-hand side before you get to AAR Hospital.
Matatu / Public Transport
Take any matatu along Kiambu Road (Route 100 and others) from Nairobi town. Alight at Muthaiga North Stage — the stop is well known to drivers. Call us for the specific lane directions on arrival or walk past AAR Hospital on Kiambu Road, we are 200 meters ahead before the bridge.

Yes — we install and deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya. Our installation teams cover Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nanyuki, Meru, Nyeri, Kisii, and all upcountry regions. Transport costs are quoted transparently.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to all phone calls and WhatsApp messages immediately during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–4pm). Emails and online form submissions are responded to within 2 business hours. WhatsApp is the fastest channel for urgent enquiries.
Do you offer free site assessments?
Yes — site assessments are completely free of charge and without obligation. Our technical team will visit your property, measure the perimeter, assess site conditions, and provide a detailed written quotation. There is no cost and no pressure to proceed.
What warranty do you provide?
All our installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Equipment warranties depend on the brand and product — most energizers and CCTV systems carry 12-month manufacturer warranties, and solar panels carry 5-year performance warranties.
Can I buy products online for self-installation?
Yes — our online shop stocks the complete range of energisers, fencing wires, insulators, accessories, and portable fencing products for supply-only delivery nationwide. Order by 2pm for same-day dispatch in Nairobi. Visit our shop →
Do you provide maintenance and support?
Yes — we provide post-installation technical support via phone and WhatsApp, remote troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance visits for electric fences, CCTV systems, and gate automation. Support contracts are available for commercial and estate clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Paybill and Till), bank transfer, and cash payments. For online shop orders, M-Pesa and card payments are supported. For installation projects, a deposit is required before materials are procured, with the balance on project completion.
